Job summary

EY is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Assistant Director to transform how financial and operational insights are delivered. You will partner with Finance, data architects, and engineering to build data-driven, AI-enabled analytics solutions that drive performance and tangible business value.

You will lead delivery across multiple teams, help shape analytics strategy, and guide modern data platform enhancements using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
• Design and deliver analytics solutions that provide actionable insights and measurable business value.
• Serve as SME for assigned products, platforms or capabilities, guiding both business and technical teams.
• Lead stakeholder discussions to evaluate requirements and align delivery with business objectives.
• Oversee data pipelines for extraction, transformation and integration from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with data architects and engineering teams to develop scalable data architectures.
• Optimize data platforms to improve performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Present recommendations, roadmap updates and strategic insights to leaders.
• Coordinate with offshore resources to support delivery and continuous improvement.
• Promote analytics, AI and modern data practices across the organization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve data capabilities.
• Ideally, you'll also have FP&A or enterprise performance management experience.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry or related AI-enabled analytics technologies.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Databricks or analytics would be a plus.
