Job summary

EY is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Assistant Director in the US to lead data-driven finance initiatives that transform decision support and performance management. You will partner with Finance, leadership, data architects and engineers to deliver scalable analytics and AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks.

You will shape analytics strategy, oversee data pipelines, and drive innovation across enterprise planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in a business/tech field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics or BI.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise data, analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL, and data pipeline development skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to understand challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
• Design and deliver analytics solutions with measurable business value.
• Lead discussions to define requirements and align delivery with objectives.
• Oversee data pipelines: extraction, transformation and integration from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with data architects and engineers to build scalable data architectures.
• Present roadmaps and insights to senior leaders and offshore teams.
• Promote adoption of AI and modern data practices across the organization.
