Job summary

EY is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Assistant Director in the United States to drive data-driven insights across finance and operations. You will partner with Finance and business leaders, data architects and engineering teams to deliver AI-enabled analytics solutions that improve decision-making and performance.

You’ll lead the evolution of FP&A data capabilities using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks and emerging AI platforms, shaping analytics strategy and scalable data solutions across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7+ years in data engineering, analytics or BI roles.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to define requirements.
• Experience leading enterprise data, analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Strong SQL, data modeling and ETL knowledge.
• Hands-on Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric experience.

• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to define challenges and opportunities.

• Act as SME for products, platforms, or capabilities; guide teams.
