Job summary

EY is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Assistant Director in the US to transform how financial and operational insights are delivered. You will partner with Finance, data architects and engineering to develop data, analytics and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision‑making and drive measurable value.

You’ll lead the evolution of FP&A data capabilities using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks, define analytics strategy, oversee scalable data solutions and advance AI-enabled analytics for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics or BI.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements.
• Experience leading or supporting enterprise data, analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience coordinating delivery across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to understand challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
• Design and deliver analytics solutions that provide actionable insights and measurable business value.
• Serve as SME for assigned platforms, providing guidance to business and technical teams.
• Lead discussions to define requirements and align priorities with business objectives.
• Oversee data pipelines for extraction, transformation and data integration from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with data architects and engineering teams to develop scalable data architectures.
• Promote adoption of analytics, AI and modern data practices across the organization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to analytics capabilities.
