Job summary

EY is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Assistant Director in the United States to transform how financial and operational insights are delivered. You will partner with Finance, data architects and engineering to develop data and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision-making and business value.

The role leads modern FP&A data capabilities using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks and AI platforms, shaping analytics strategies and scalable data solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, computer science, data science or related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, BI or related disciplines.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise data, analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Strong SQL, data modeling and ETL knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, orchestration and production support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Design analytics solutions that provide actionable insights and measurable value.
• Lead discussions to define requirements and align delivery with objectives.
• Oversee data pipelines and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with engineers to build scalable data architectures.
• Promote adoption of analytics, AI and modern data practices across the organization.
• Present roadmap updates and strategic insights to leaders.
