WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and reporting across the Finance team. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, optimize integrations with source systems, and partner with G&A to drive forecasting accuracy.

You'll handle monthly closes, budgeting cycles, and P&L analyses, delivering clear insights and scalable reporting for leadership in a remote-first, SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance or related field.
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights (power user preferred).
• GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes understanding.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Adaptive Insights Administration for Workday Adaptive Insights (40%).
• Partner with IT and Finance Ops to optimize integrations with source systems.
• Oversee data integrity and tie-outs between netsuite, Workday and Adaptive.
• Financial Planning & Reporting (35%) manage monthly/quarterly close reporting and P&L analysis.
• Own recurring reporting packages and templates; support board deliverables.
• Assist annual budgeting and long-range planning; ad hoc analyses.
• G&A Business Partnering (25%) budget vs. actuals analysis and forecasting with G&A leaders.
