WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and reporting. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, manage close processes, and partner with G&A leaders to drive forecasting accuracy.

A SaaS background and strong Excel skills are highly valued. The role offers a remote-first environment with national scope and a base salary range of $88,000 to $121,000, reflecting experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field
• Power user experience with Workday Adaptive Insights
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency with financial modeling and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work
• Self-starter in a remote-first workspace with multi-tasking and deadline discipline
• Prior SaaS experience and understanding of core SaaS metrics preferred

Responsabilités

• Admin Workday Adaptive Insights: user management, model maintenance, issue troubleshooting
• Partner with IT and Finance Ops to optimize integration with source systems
• Oversee data integrity and alignment between NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and Workday
• Manage monthly and quarterly close reporting with P&L commentary
• Own recurring reporting packages and templates; support board deliverables and budgeting
• Act as finance partner to G&A leaders: headcount planning and forecasting
• Facilitate quarterly planning cycles and input global assumptions into Adaptive forecasting
