Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and systems optimization in a remote-first environment. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, manage monthly closes, and partner with G&A leaders to forecast headcount and expenses.

Strong analytics, SaaS metrics understanding, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. This role offers comprehensive benefits and equity options.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Power user experience with Workday Adaptive Insights preferred.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling and reporting.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Adaptive Insights administration and data integrity.
• Manage monthly/quarterly close reporting with P&L commentary.
• Improve recurring reporting packages and templates.
• Support board deliverables and annual budgeting processes.
• Partner with G&A leaders on budget vs. actuals and forecasting.
