ManpowerGroup, a leading workforce solutions company, seeks a Scheduling Operations Coordinator in Foster City, CA. You will manage schedules across multiple fleet operations teams, plan processes, and coordinate cross-functional resources to meet priorities.

You will communicate KPIs and risks, drive action items in meetings, and ensure alignment with stakeholders. This full-time evening shift role offers comprehensive benefits and a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Competenze

• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines with strong follow-through.
• Experience with forecasting and planning, including scheduling, dispatching, or production planning and scheduling (mobility or manufacturing preferred).
• Skilled project management and coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering and technical disciplines.
• Detail-oriented organization with strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication, including ability to visualize KPIs and program risks.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day schedules for a growing set of fleet services, ensuring each department supports the highest priorities.
• Plan and execute effective processes to support numerous resources across TeleOps, RiderOps, Mission Readiness, Mission Control, and Fleet Support.
• Coordinate future planning and operations to align with fleet demands and immediate operational needs.
• Articulate operational data into visuals for department-wide review, KPI insights and program risk awareness.
• Maintain and drive productive meetings by capturing actions, following up, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
