Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Basic automotive knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prep fleet vehicles for launch deployment and for next shift readiness.
• Assign fleet vehicles, routes, and laptops to drivers.
• Administer driver checks via laptop application at shift start, breaks, and lunch.
• Conduct driver briefings and communicate daily operational updates.
• Provide start- and end-of-day status reports to customer and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot vehicles in coordination with customer support and technicians.
• Attend daily syncs with Technical Operations Managers to meet KPI goals.
• Monitor Slack channels and alerts, escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintain accurate data entry (odometer, route errors, vehicle damage, infractions).
• Ship data to drivers daily via carrier pickup.
