HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Scheduling Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day scheduling and operational needs of its growing cross-functional teams.
In this role, you’ll help ensure teams are aligned with the company’s highest priorities while supporting the immediate operational needs of its fleet vehicles. You’ll coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics while helping teams plan effectively for future operational demands.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong communication and time management skills. You’re comfortable managing competing priorities, working across teams, and taking initiative in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
As a Scheduling Operations Coordinator, You'll
- Manage day-to-day schedules supporting growing fleet services.
- Plan and execute effective processes to support numerous resources.
- Coordinate future planning and operations to support evolving business demands.
- Translate data into clear visuals for department-wide review.
- Ensure internal and external stakeholders are engaged and aligned.
- Anticipate, plan, and coordinate internal logistics and operational needs across projects and facilities.
- Track resourcing to help optimize asset utilization.
- Help drive productive meetings across project teams, documenting and following up on action items as needed.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or production planning and scheduling, preferably within mobility or manufacturing
- Experience with forecasting and planning
- Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize competing demands and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective communication channels and manage professional relationships
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and aggressive goals
- An inquisitive and open approach to exploring new ideas, with an eagerness to continuously learn and take on challenging problems
- Ability to think independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver tangible results
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong follow-through
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach to understanding the projects being supported
- Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams across a broad range of engineering and technical disciplines
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills

This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. It will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the Foster City, CA area.
