Job summary

HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Scheduling Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day scheduling and operational needs of its growing cross-functional teams in Foster City, CA.

In this full-time, onsite role, you’ll plan schedules, coordinate resources, translate data into visuals for department reviews, and help teams stay aligned with priorities while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or production planning.
• Experience with forecasting and planning.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day schedules supporting growing fleet services.
• Plan and execute processes to support resources.
• Coordinate future planning and operations to evolving demands.
• Translate data into visuals for department reviews.
• Engage and align internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal logistics across projects and facilities.
• Track resourcing to optimize asset utilization.
• Drive productive meetings and follow up on actions.
