Fleet Operations is seeking a Scheduling Operations Coordinator in Foster City, CA to support TeleOps, RiderOps, Mission Readiness, Mission Control, and Fleet Support Analysts. This role focuses on managing schedules, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and maintaining detailed records.

The position offers a full-time schedule with a pay range of $38/hour plus benefits, and opportunities to develop forecasting, planning, and KPI visuals while delivering operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with forecasting and planning, including scheduling, dispatching, or production planning.
• Strong coordination across engineering and technical disciplines.
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation habits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to visualize KPIs and risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day schedules for fleet services to support top priorities.
• Plan and execute processes supporting resources across TeleOps, RiderOps, Mission Readiness, Mission Control, and Fleet Support.
• Coordinate future planning to align with fleet demands and operational needs.
• Translate operational data into visuals for KPI reviews and risk assessment.
• Maintain productive meetings by capturing actions and aligning stakeholders.
