Job summary

PNC is seeking an Account Manager II for its Financial Wellness Solutions organization, based in the Midwest Territory. You will deepen client relationships, drive ongoing engagement, and promote adoption and growth of our wellness solutions for Large Corporate, DIG, and FIG clients.

You will design, implement, and advance financial wellness programs, including health accounts and earned wage access, using a consultative approach to deliver client value and strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications

• University degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain assigned long-term client relationships and provide sales or consultative support to clients.
• Serve as the liaison between clients and operational servicing units; identify new servicing opportunities.
• Negotiate servicing agreements and servicing fees; review terms with clients with in-house counsel if needed.
• Analyze, assess, and document client requirements; forecast and track key account metrics; identify customization needs.
• Manage contract processes and collaborate to resolve implementation issues; act as escalation point for high-severity requests.
