Job summary

PNC is seeking an Account Manager II for the Financial Wellness Solutions team in the Midwest Territory. You will deepen client relationships, drive ongoing engagement, and ensure adoption and growth of health and financial wellness solutions for large corporate clients.

You will design and implement wellness programs, partner with client services teams, and travel within the assigned territory to support client engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years relevant experience
• Certifications often desired

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships; provide sales/consultative support; liaison between clients and servicing units.
• Identify and develop new servicing opportunities with existing clients to expand relationships and revenue.
• Negotiate servicing agreements and fees; collaborate with in-house counsel on contract terms.
• Analyze and document client requirements; forecast and track key account metrics; identify customization needs.
• Manage contract delivery and work with partners to resolve implementation and production issues; escalate high-severity requests.
