Job summary

PNC is seeking an Account Manager in its Financial Wellness Solutions group, based in the East Territory. You will deepen client relationships, drive engagement, and ensure successful adoption of our health and benefit accounts, debt solutions, earned wage access, and other offerings.

You will work with client services teams, travel within the territory, and pursue new opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience required.
• University degree or equivalent experience considered.
• Certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains long-term client relationships as the primary liaison.
• Designs and expands servicing opportunities to grow the book of business.
• Negotiates servicing agreements and fees with clients and in-house counsel as needed.
• Forecasts metrics and identifies customization needs with service partners.
• Manages contract processes and resolves implementation issues.
