Job summary

PNC Financial Wellness Solutions seeks an Account Manager to deepen existing client relationships and drive ongoing engagement across our health and financial wellness offerings. You will design, implement, and advance programs that align with clients' goals, delivering solutions like health accounts and earned wage access.

You will grow the book of business by expanding partnerships, collaborating with client services teams, and traveling within the East Territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired for this role.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships; provide consultative support and act as liaison between clients and servicing units.
• Identify opportunities with existing clients to expand services; inform customers about products, rates and options.
• Negotiate servicing agreements and fees; collaborate with in-house counsel on contract terms as needed.
• Analyze client requirements, forecast metrics, and coordinate customizations with service partners.
• Manage contract processes and escalate high-severity issues to maintain positive relationships.
