Job summary

PNC Financial Wellness Solutions is seeking an Account Manager II to deepen and expand relationships with Large Corporate, DIG, and FIG clients, driving ongoing engagement and successful adoption of our financial wellness offerings. You will travel within the Midwest Territory to support client relationships and growth, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a consultative sales mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree required with 3+ years of relevant/ direct industry experience.
• Certifications often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain assigned long-term client relationships and provide sales or consultative support.
• Serve as liaison between clients and operational servicing units; participate in pricing and scope development.
• Negotiate servicing agreements and fees; review terms with in-house counsel as needed.
• Analyze and document client requirements; forecast key account metrics and identify customization needs.
• Manage contract implementation and serve as escalation point for high-severity issues.
