PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager within the Financial Wellness Solutions organization to deepen client relationships, drive ongoing engagement, and ensure successful adoption of our health and benefit programs for Large Corporate, DIG, and FIG clients.

You will collaborate with client services teams, design and implement wellness programs such as health accounts, student debt solutions, and earned wage access, and travel regularly within the East Territory to grow

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain assigned long-term client relationships.
• Serve as liaison between clients and servicing units; discuss scope and pricing as needed.
• Negotiate servicing agreements and modify contracts as required.
• Forecast and track key account metrics; identify customization needs.
• Escalate and resolve production issues; ensure positive client relationships.
