Job summary

PNC is seeking an Account Manager II in the Midwest Territory to deepen existing client relationships, drive ongoing engagement, and ensure growth across Financial Wellness Solutions for Large Corporate, DIG, and FIG clients.

You will design and implement financial wellness programs, collaborate with client services teams, and travel within the territory to support engagement and business development. Prior experience in professional services or healthcare sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree required with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining assigned long-term client relationships and providing sales or consultative support.
• Serve as liaison between clients and servicing units; participate in pricing and scope discussions.
• Negotiate servicing agreements and fees; review contracts with internal counsel as needed.
• Analyze, assess and document client requirements; forecast and track key account metrics.
• Manage contract processes and coordinate with partners to resolve implementation issues.
