Job summary

PNC is seeking an Account Manager within the Financial Wellness Solutions organization, based in the East Territory. You will deepen existing client relationships, drive ongoing engagement, and ensure adoption and growth across our solutions for Large Corporate, DIG, and FIG clients.

You will design and advance financial wellness programs including health accounts, student debt solutions, earned wage access, and other offerings, using a consultative approach to deliver value for clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain assigned long‑term client relationships and provide sales or consultative support.
• Serve as the point of contact for client matters and identify new servicing opportunities.
• Negotiate servicing agreements and fees; work with in‑house counsel on contract terms.
• Analyze client requirements, forecast metrics, and coordinate with service partners on custom needs.
• Manage contract processes and act as escalation point for high‑severity requests to protect client relationships.
