Job summary
Vantor seeks a Senior Manager, Finance to serve as a strategic finance partner to business and functional leaders while supporting pricing strategy and execution. This role translates priorities into financial plans, provides decision support for growth and investment, and develops pricing approaches balancing value, competitiveness, risk, and profitability.
The Senior Manager works with Finance, Sales, Business Development, Operations, Contracts, and executive leadership to improve governance,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Eight or more years of progressively responsible experience in finance, FP&A, pricing, or related discipline.
- Experience developing financial models, forecasts, business cases, and pricing/profitability analyses.
Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for the supported organization.
- Analyze revenue, margin, cost, investment, and operational performance; identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and pricing models to support strategic decisions and pricing governance.
