You will build driver-based plans, forecast scenarios, and create AI-enabled tools to accelerate planning and reporting while delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required to meet eligibility and export control rules.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, accounting, strategic finance or related analytical role.
• MBA in Finance or Accounting may substitute; strong academic background plus three years of experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of accruals, capitalization, depreciation and financial statements.
• Ability to distill large data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems or large datasets.
• Practical understanding of how AI can improve analysis and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape investment decisions with business cases behind capital projects and strategic investments.
• Model driver-based plans, forecasts, and scenarios to explore options before committing resources.
• Connect capital spending to execution with project owners across functions and accounting.
• Uncover opportunities to improve performance by analyzing headcount and expenses.
• Deliver analyses, dashboards, and presentations for executive discussions.
• Build AI-enabled tools to move manual workflows toward automation.
