Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance in Herndon, VA to serve as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, translating priorities into financial plans and pricing approaches that balance value, risk, and profitability. You’ll collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, Contracts, and executive leadership.

You will drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management while supporting pricing strategies for new opportunities and strategic engagements, leveraging AI tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• Eight or more years of experience in finance, FP&A, pricing, or related discipline.
• Experience developing financial models, forecasts, business cases, and pricing analyses.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, revenue and cost drivers, margins, and investment decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to present complex financial info to executives.
• Experience leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and AI/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to assigned leaders, offering clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for the organization.
• Analyze revenue, margin, cost, investment, and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop business cases, scenarios, and financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support pricing strategy and financial analysis for new opportunities and renewals.
