Qualifications
- 8-12+ years in Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Commercial Finance.
- Experience supporting high-growth technology or SaaS sales organizations.
- Strong background with Channel Sales or Partner Sales models.
- Experience building executive dashboards and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Channel Sales organization.
- Develop annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts with Sales leadership.
- Monitor revenue, margins, and operating expenses; report variances.
- Govern channel incentive, rebate and partner investment programs.
- Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting; improve forecast accuracy.
- Lead a high-performing Finance & Operations team and interact with senior stakeholders.
