Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience across FP&A, corporate development, strategic finance or related fields.
• Strong experience in M&A, corporate strategy and financial modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and board-level decisions.
• Experience partnering with CFOs/CEOs on strategic initiatives.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management.
• Develop analytics, KPIs and financial insights to support decisions.
• Drive full lifecycle of M&A, including evaluation, modeling, diligence, execution and integration.
• Build strategic business cases for investments and growth opportunities.
• Oversee Investor Relations and communicate with investors and stakeholders.
• Partner with executives to shape strategy, capital allocation and enterprise priorities.
• Prepare and present board materials and strategic financial narratives.
