Job summary

Hollingsworth & Vose seeks a Senior Director, Commercial Finance to lead financial strategy at the intersection of pricing and revenue growth. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and R&D to govern pricing, forecast revenue, and analyze investments.

Reporting to the CFO, you will influence enterprise commercial decisions and margins. The role emphasizes strategic modeling, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership across a global footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 12+ years of progressive corporate finance experience with commercial finance exposure.
• Experience with pricing, negotiations, and global sales/production footprint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior finance partner to Commercial organization, guiding opportunity pipeline and monthly/quarterly results.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams to provide insights on performance and market dynamics.
• Lead analysis for monthly/quarterly reviews, including Board presentations.
• Oversee pricing governance, rebates, discounts, and contract negotiations.
