Job summary

Hollingsworth & Vose seeks a Manager, Commercial Finance to partner with the commercial organization and bring financial rigor to pricing, top-line planning, and revenue performance. Working with Sales, Product Management, and Finance, this role owns recurring commercial reporting and supports governance and decision-making.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Finance, you will drive analytics, pricing analyses, and financial modeling to shape margin growth across a global footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–8 years of progressive corporate finance experience in a complex environment.
• Experience with pricing, revenue management, or commercial finance.
• Exposure to negotiations and global sales/manufacturing footprint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial teams to deliver timely analysis on performance and market dynamics.
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly revenue and margin reporting and materials for leadership reviews.
• Analyze pricing, rebates, and discounting; support pricing governance.
• Develop revenue plans, customer reporting, and KPI dashboards; contribute to SIOP alignment.
• Build ROI/NPV analyses for new opportunities and ROI tracking post-launch.
