Job summary

Vantor, based in Westminster, CO, seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance and Business Operations to partner with executive leaders and shape investments. You will build business cases, model scenarios, and translate data into actionable insights that drive capital decisions and performance improvements.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, IT, facilities, and accounting, modernizing finance with AI-enabled workflows and scalable processes to support growth and value

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, accounting, strategic finance, or related analytical role with ownership of financial models and business recommendations.
• MBA in Finance or Accounting substitutes for experience; 3 years with strong academic background considered.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of accruals, capitalization, depreciation, and how the financial statements connect.
• Ability to distill large volumes of financial and operational data into clear insights with transparent assumptions.
• Confidence working with business leaders, asking thoughtful questions, and constructively challenging assumptions.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems or large datasets.
• Practical understanding of how AI can improve financial analysis and workflows; initiative to test and implement tools.
• Initiative, attention to detail, and ability to take an open-ended question through analysis to action.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
