Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline across the business and new product lines. You will partner with leaders, CFO, and founders to drive analysis, reporting, and strategic decisions.

The role combines finance, business insights, and internal/external reporting to uphold diligence standards and enable scalable growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills including driver-based models and three-statement mechanics.
• Experience translating analysis into clear executive narratives.

Responsabilités

• Own the operating model and forecast cycle for base business and new lines.
• Lead annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end.
• Own monthly/quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis with explanations.
• Write executive narratives for CFO, founders, board, and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders to drive decisions.
• Support evaluation and rollout of a planning system.
• Build business cases for new opportunities including market sizing and ROI.
