Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline. You will partner with functional leaders, CFO, and founders to build the forecast and long-range plan, translate results into clear business insights, and lead performance reviews.

The role demands strong modeling, storytelling, and startup experience, with equity opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar quantitative field.
Strong financial modeling and driver-based planning experience.
Experience with startups or high-growth environments.
Ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights.
Familiarity with GAAP and corporate finance concepts.

Aufgaben

Own the operating model, planning cadence, and long-range planning process.
Lead monthly/quarterly forecast cycles and explain variances.
Write executive narratives for CFO, founders, and board.
Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders.
Evaluate and implement planning systems and vendor spend.
Build business cases for new opportunities (product/vertical/partnership).
