Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager who will own the driver-based operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline as the company expands into new products and markets.

You will partner with functional leaders, work closely with the CFO and founders, and lead monthly business reviews, forecasts, and the executive narrative. This role requires deep financial modeling, experience in high-growth environments, and hands-on use of AI tools for analysis and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or quantitative field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling, driver-based analysis, and scenario planning.
• Experience translating analysis into executive narrative for CFOs/boards.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own driver-based operating model for base business and new products; expand as needed.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning, including assumptions and consolidation.
• Own monthly/quarterly forecasts and variance analysis; explain movements to leadership.
• Write executive narratives translating results into actionable insights.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders to drive decisions.
• Support planning system evaluation and rollout; recommend best-fit tools.
