Jerry.ai seeks a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline. You will partner across functions, work closely with the CFO and founders, and lead the budgeting, forecasting, and executive storytelling required for high-growth decision making.

You will build financial models for new opportunities, monitor CAC/LTV and margins, and help evaluate vendor spend while driving automation with AI tools.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based operating models and three-statement mechanics.
• Experience with unit economics in consumer/marketplace businesses (CAC, LTV, payback, cohort retention).
• Startup or high-growth experience with building financial processes from scratch.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis, research, and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline for the company.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end with stakeholder inputs.
• Own monthly/quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis; explain movements to executives.
• Deliver executive narratives that translate results for CFO, founders, board, and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders and drive data-driven decisions.
• Evaluate and implement a planning system; assess options and drive rollout.
• Build financial case for new opportunities: size markets, model economics, assess capital commitment.
