Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline. You will partner with leaders across the company and work closely with the CFO and founders to enable data-driven decisions.

You will build driver-based models for new products, drive the annual budget, and deliver executive narratives that withstand external diligence. Remote-friendly, with strong compensation and equity opportunities.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance/FP&A, preferably at high growth; startup experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills: driver-based models, three-statement mechanics, scenario & sensitivity analysis, GAAP concepts.
• Experience with unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, retention, contribution margin.
• Track record translating complex analysis into clear executive/ investor narratives.
• Startup/high-growth exposure; building processes from scratch is a plus.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline; expand model as new products scale.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end; manage assumptions and stakeholder inputs.
• Own monthly and quarterly forecast cycles and variance analysis; explain movements to leadership.
• Write executive narratives translating results for CFO, founders, board, and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders to drive strategic decisions.
• Evaluate and implement planning systems; recommend, then own the rollout.
• Build financial cases for new opportunities: size markets, model economics, and assess capital return.
• Monitor product/channel economics, CAC, LTV, payback, retention, and contribution margins.
• Support corporate development: diligence, modeling, and transaction analysis when needed.
• Frame build/buy/partner decisions with robust evaluation frameworks.
• Underwrite vendor spend: build business case, negotiate terms, provide budget visibility.
