Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline. You will partner with executives and across teams to build the forecast, defend the plan, and provide clear business insights for decision-making.

In a high-growth setup, you’ll model new opportunities, evaluate economics like CAC/LTV, and support corporate development. Remote-friendly US roles with strong analytical ownership are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in finance, FP&A, or related roles at high-growth companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and analytics ability.
• Experience with unit economics, CAC/LTV, payback and margins.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model and forecast cycle end-to-end.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning processes.
• Explain variance and implications for forecasts to leadership.
• Write executive narratives for CFO and founders.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders.
• Evaluate and implement a planning system.
