Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline across the business. You will partner with functional leaders and work closely with the CFO and founders to back new opportunities with sound financials.

You will lead the budgeting process, long-range planning, and monthly/quarterly forecasting, delivering clear insights and an external-grade narrative for executives and investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similarly quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills including driver-based models and three-statement mechanics.
• Experience with unit economics in consumer or marketplace business.
• Track record translating complex analysis into executive or investor narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline; expand driver-based model as new products launch.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end with cadence and assumptions.
• Own monthly and quarterly forecast cycles and variance analysis for leadership.
• Write executive narratives that translate results for CFO, founders, board and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leads; drive data-informed decisions.
