Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline. You will partner with leaders across the company, report to the VP of Finance, and work closely with the CFO and founders to drive analytics and decision making.

You’ll lead the budget, long-range planning, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and executive narratives, ensuring numbers are precise and ready for external diligence and investor review.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally combining 2+ years at an investment bank, corporate development, or private equity with 2+ years in strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth company.
• Strong financial modeling skills: driver-based operating models, three-statement mechanics, scenario and sensitivity analysis, GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with unit economics in a consumer or marketplace business, including CAC, LTV, payback, retention, and contribution margin.
• Startup or high-growth experience strongly preferred, including building financial processes from scratch.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation.

• Own the operating model and forecast cycle: manage driver-based model and expand with new products and lines.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end with assumptions and stakeholder inputs.
• Own monthly and quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis; explain movements and implications.
• Translate financial results into clear business insights for CFO, founders, board and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews and collaborate with functional leaders on decisions.
• Evaluate and implement a planning system and roll it out across the company.
• Build the financial case for new opportunities: size markets, model economics, assess capital and returns.
• Frame build/buy/partner decisions using defined frameworks.
