Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to build and own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline. You will partner with leaders across the company and work closely with the CFO and founders.

You will lead the annual budget, long-range planning, and monthly/quarterly forecasts, translating results into insights for decision-making and external diligence. Strong finance background and startup experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, with 2+ years in strategic finance or FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills including driver-based operating models and GAAP.
• Experience with unit economics in consumer or marketplace businesses (CAC, LTV, payback).

Responsibilities

• Own driver-based operating model for base business and new products.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end to end with stakeholders.
• Own monthly and quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis.
• Write executive narrative for CFO and founders.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders.
• Support planning system evaluation and rollout.
