Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance team, oversee internal reporting, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will develop models and dashboards, partner with accounting and IT on data quality, and support senior leadership with actionable insights.

The role requires a strong background in finance within professional services, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to implement process improvements and finance transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business discipline.
• Minimum eight (8) years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience leading or supervising analysts or similar staff.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/GL and time & billing systems; advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the finance team and internal reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and collaborate with Accounting and IT on data quality.
