Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Finance department, overseeing daily operations, reporting, budgeting, and analytics. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver timely financial insights and drive process improvements across the firm.

You will build and maintain dashboards and models, ensuring data integrity, and support the annual planning cycle with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles.
• Minimum four years of experience leading or supervising analysts or similar staff.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, internal reporting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/GL and time & billing systems; Power BI/Tableau.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function, overseeing daily operations of the finance team and reporting.
• Develop and maintain tools and dashboards for KPI visibility and management reporting.
• Coordinate annual budgets, reforecasts, and multi-period outlooks with senior leadership.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership discussions, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Ensure data integrity and collaborate with Accounting and IT to improve reporting processes.
• Drive finance transformation and automation initiatives across reporting and analyses.
