The role requires strong accounting knowledge, data analytics, and the ability to coach staff in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing professionals and coaching staff.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with finance analytics and KPI development.
• Ability to translate finance data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the finance team and ensure timely reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses across firm-wide data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and tools for leadership visibility.
• Mentor and develop Senior Analysts and Coordinators.
• Ensure data integrity and collaborate with Accounting and IT on reporting.
