Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP in San Francisco is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance team, coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, and deliver timely analytics to firm leaders.

You will develop models, dashboards, and reporting tools, mentor staff, ensure data integrity with Accounting and IT, and drive continuous improvement across reporting processes to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles.
• 4+ years leading or supervising analysts.
• Advanced proficiency with finance systems and analytics platforms including ERP/GL, Power BI/Tableau, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily finance operations and reporting across firm, offices, and practice groups.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
• Oversee budgeting, reforecasts, and multi-period outlooks.
• Provide coaching and develop team members.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership discussions and executive summaries.
• Ensure data integrity and collaborate with Accounting and IT.
