The ideal candidate has extensive FP&A experience in professional services, strong leadership, and advanced skills in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP/GL systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum eight years of progressive finance/FP&A experience.
• Minimum four years leading or supervising analysts.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/GL and time & billing systems.
• Expert Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily finance operations and reporting for the firm and practice groups.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks for leadership.
• Coordinate annual budgets, reforecasts, and multi-period outlooks.
• Oversee variance analyses and performance reporting versus budget.
• Drive finance transformation and automation with IT and accounting teams.
• Provide mentorship and development for finance staff.
• Collaborate with partners on cash flow, WIP/AR management, and collections.
