Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles, preferably in law firm or professional services.
• Proven leadership of analysts; experience coaching and developing staff.
• Strong understanding of accounting, reporting, and financial planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily finance operations and reporting for firm, offices, and practice groups.
• Develop models, budgets, forecasts, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Prepare executive analyses and variance reviews for senior leaders.
• Oversee internal reporting accuracy with Accounting and IT collaboration.
• Drive finance transformation and automation with Excel, BI tools, and SQL workflows.
