Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a Finance Manager who will lead the finance team, oversee daily operations, and drive accuracy in reporting and analysis. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, variance review, and building tools to improve visibility into key metrics for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have extensive FP&A experience in a professional services environment, strong SQL and BI skills, and the ability to transform strategic finance directions into actionable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business discipline.
Master's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily operations of the finance team and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
Develop and refine budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Build financial and statistical models to inform strategy and decision-making.
Create dashboards and analytics for senior leadership and practice groups.
Manage internal reporting for firm-wide, office, and department performance and drive data integrity.
