Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business discipline.
• Minimum eight (8) years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience leading or supervising analysts or similar staff.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, internal reporting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/GL and time & billing systems; advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; capable of collaborating across a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the finance team, ensuring timely, accurate reporting.
• Lead budgeting and multi-period reforecasts; consolidate data across firm, offices, and practice groups.
• Develop and maintain financial and statistical models; support headcount and compensation planning.
• Create dashboards and KPI reporting for senior leadership to drive decisions.
• Coordinate data collection, validation, and integrity with Accounting and IT.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
