Arrow Electronics in Dallas is seeking a Field Sales Representative II - IP&E to drive growth in the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas markets. You will plan strategy, develop key relationships, and manage design opportunities while aligning with supply chain and value-added services.

The role requires 2 years of components sales experience, a 4-year degree with 5 years of related experience (or an advanced degree), and the ability to travel with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years of components sales experience in electronics industry.
• Requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree.
• Must live in Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Define markets and new customers in TX, OK, LA, AR from Dallas/Fort Worth and plan strategy.
• Develop relationships with design opportunities and address supply chain challenges.
• Promote and sell Arrow value-add, supply chain, and full lifecycle programs.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers.
• Track sales in Salesforce.com and Oracle; participate in sales compensation plan.
