Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II - Semiconductor to define markets, develop relationships, and drive solution-selling in a hybrid work model. You will lead QBRs, collaborate with engineers on board designs, and promote Arrow’s supply-chain and lifecycle services.

The role requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of related experience, with a proven track record in the electronics industry. Competitive compensation is offered with a mix of base pay and incentives.

• Requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience presenting quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and leading QBRs with major customers.
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in technical/engineering environments.
• Knowledge of electronics industry pricing programs and models.

Responsabilidades

• Define markets and new customers in the assigned territory and plan strategy.
• Develop relationships to support solution selling and customer satisfaction.
• Promote Arrow value-add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs.
• Lead internal quarterly business reviews and present strategic plans to customers.
• Work with engineers/designers to specify and resolve board designs with Arrow suppliers.
