Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II - IP&E to define markets, develop key relationships, and drive solution selling across the territory. You will promote Arrow’s value-added services, manage quarterly business reviews, and lead major customer engagements to grow sales and improve service.

The role requires a 4-year degree with 5+ years in electronics sales or an equivalent, with remote work flexibility and travel 3–4 days per week across the territory.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.
• Ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market the full set of Arrow offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines.
• Proficiency in sales tracking systems, Salesforce.com, Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory and plan strategy.
• Develop relationships to support solution selling and customer satisfaction.
• Promote Arrow value-add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and regular QBRs with major customers to unlock opportunities.
• Navigate pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
