Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking aField Sales Representative II for West Michigan to define markets, cultivate key relationships, and drive solution selling across Arrow’s offerings. This role focuses on developing strategic plans, promoting supply chain programs, and leading quarterly business reviews with major customers.

The candidate should have deep electronics industry knowledge, prior experience with vendors and customers in technical environments, and proficiency with Salesforce and Oracle

Qualifications

Requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Experience in electronics distribution or IP&E/interconnect industry preferred.
Ability to develop strategic plans for accounts and sell full Arrow offerings.

Responsibilities

Define markets and plan strategy for West Michigan territory.
Develop key customer relationships to enable solution selling.
Promote Arrow supply chain and life cycle programs.
Lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock opportunities.
Prepare internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and present plans.
